PAUL KAN MAN LOK is a graduate amongst the first batch of intake in 1977 of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Three-year MBA program, and holds various computing management and engineering qualifications with professional institutes.

Mr. Kan is the Founder, Chairman, and Executive Director of 3 listed companies on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, namely, Champion Technology Holdings Limited (0092), Kantone Holdings Limited (1059), and DIGITALHONGKONG.com (8007). He is also an independent non-executive director of CLP Holdings Limited (0002).

Mr. Kan is the Chairman of Multitone Electronics PLC and Multiton Electonik GmbH. The Multitone Group was listed on the London Stock Exchange in the eighties and early nineties until acquired by Champion in 1993. Multitone, a pioneer in radio technology, was founded in the 1930s. It invented the world's first radio pager in 1955, and has operations in Basingstoke, King's Lynn, and Norfolk England, Lothian Scotland, and Dublin Ireland. It is now UK's only wireless paging and telecommunications manufacturer.

Champion Technology Group, whose core business is communications software and wireless transmission systems, has reported uninterrupted profit since listing in 1992 with turnover grown by 10 times to HK$1.5 billion, profit of HK$250 million, and >>
