The key issue we have been facing is whether it is even possible to control Internet gambling, given that regulations cannot be enforced on what we term "unlawful" gambling companies, located in such places as the Caribbean Islands, which grant perfectly legal licenses to such gambling companies, and can only be applied to individuals in each jurisdiction. Can the expense and loss of individual rights be justified? The following research shows the situation in a statistical light.
